Women in Politics is an Ogun State Non- Governmental Organization. We are particular about women participation and involvement in Politics in the State. We have been involved in the sanitization of women and their role in politics.
We have women that are contesting elective posts in the oncoming election. Some of those that have signified their intentions to contest are the oncoming elections are Rt. Hon. Titi Oseni, the present speaker of the house of Assembly, Mrs. Iyabo Obasanjo-Bello contesting for the post of Senator Ogun Central constituency Alhaja Faidat a woman leader contesting as the
chairman Abeokuta North Local Government and three others have stated their intentions to contest as councilors in their various wards. As women in the past have been religated to the backgroung in Politics and other areas of live.
We are intend to support these women in actualizing these dreams and to
further engage women actively in politics of this state.
